Fabric Description: Light-weight 1980s shibori silk; originally intended to make nagajuban (under-kimono); This is a burgundy colored background fabric piece with white in all tie-dyed spaces; Designs are solid background of classic shibori (tie-dyed) fields of tiny dots (typical of shibori) on both sides, with flowers, leaves and cursive stems in upper portion (see close-ups); Designs are the same on both sides.
