Fabric Description: 1960s Japanese kimono silk, Lightweight, minimally translucent, silk taken from a woman's kimono; Fabric color is composed by very thin pinstripes, alternating dark blue and dark burgundy, with the 1/16th inch / 1.59 mm pinstripes' borders being dark silver ( see last closeup photo); This combination gives the fabric an interesting blended color when seen from a distance -- to include sheen; mostly the same on reverse.
