 Fabric Description: 1930s-1950s Japanese kimono silk, black Light-medium weight, minimally translucent, silk  taken from a woman's kimono; Fabric is solid black with 3 colored columns, evenly spaced  2 inches (5.08cm) apart; These columns are comprised of evenly spaced pinstripes, and note the gradation coloring of shades of brown to tan, each column changing in different phases; Please view our closeup pictures; Fabric is same on both sides; no sheen, slightly textured weave (visible in some closeups), almost chirimen crepe.
