Fabric Description: This is a soft, very lightweight silk. translucent, good drape, with a solid dark navy-blue to black, with zig-zag parallel bands cascading down the fabric; lines are in white, gray, and silver; Also note some groups of parallel pinstripes randomly placed; same on both sides; fabric probably originally from a summer wear kimono or possibly an under-kimono.
