Fabric History/Pedigree: Deadstock kimono silk pieces (unused from another time).
Fabric Description: Lightweight 1960s silk for a woman's summer kimono with basket-weave type patterns interwoven, black, gray, and pink; elements are quite small: .25inch /6.35mm X 1/16(.0625) inch / 1.59mm, with the colors within each element being gradation from light-gray to light pink;(Please view our closeup picture); Fabric is minimally translucent, same on both sides; no sheen;very slightly textured to the touch; minimal drape.
