Fabric History/Pedigree: Deadstock unsold bolt of fabric, new condition but from another era, the 1980s; In original bindings and maker's label, This is a hakkake bolt; see explanation below.Fabric Description: 100% Japanese fine silk in peach color fabric is soft with minimal sheen, in original bindings, end-tassels, and labels; originally used for inside liners, cuffs, and edgings in 8 places on adult kimono, sometimes also used for haori liners.
