Fabric Description:  1930s-1950s Meisen silk, lightweight, slightly translucent; with intentionally fuzzy edges to designs;  Background color is a soft light-burgundy, yet the microdots are white(See closeup)-- this is due to Meisen process; Note the weave renders very tiny microdot type lines; design is an abstract of very slightly  curving arcs paired in iron-red and mustard-yellow, diagonally parallel; same on both sides; no sheen; fabric is slightly stiff and minimal texture to the touch.

  • Colors: Please NOTE that colors and contrast differ on each device, so use our text descriptions to complement your sense of the fabric).
