Item Details and Description:

• Fabric History/Pedigree:   Lightweight thin deadstock cotton (new but unsold stock) estimated from the 1960s-70s.
  
  
• Fabric Description:  Lightweight white cotton yukata (summer kimono) fabric with patterns same on both sides; patterns fill the fabric so little of the white is apparent; There seem to be foreground-background layers, all using varying geometric lines and shapes (please view closeups); design colors are from indigo-blue to light and darker blues.
  
  
• Fabric Type: Still slightly firm, the fabric softens with wash. (hand-wash separately, with luke-warm water-- see our FAQ Pages for cleaning tips.
