Fabric History/Pedigree: Deadstock cotton from a roll, a type of cotton used for making summer kimono called yukata, for daily summer wear.
Fabric Description: Lightweight cotton, slightly translucent, originally intended to make a daily-wear kimono (yukata); This piece is dark navy-blue and white; designs are diagonal mesh pattern with gaps irregularly placed (Please see close-ups); fabric is the same on both sides, slightly stiff and will soften with washing.
Condition: Excellent.
