Fabric History/Pedigree:  Deadstock cotton from roll, a type of cotton used for making summer kimono called yukata, for daily summer wear.

Fabric Description: Lightweight cotton originally intended to make a daily-wear kimono (yukata); This piece is white background with motifs in dark navy-blue color; motif figures include maple leaves, ocean waves -- all stylized in classic fashion; same on both sides; fabric slightly stiff, will soften with washing.

Condition: Excellent.
