Fabric History/Pedigree:  Deadstock cotton from roll, a type of cotton used for making summer kimono called yukata, for daily summer wear.

Fabric Description: Lightweight cotton originally intended to make a daily-wear kimono (yukata); This piece is predominantly dark navy-blue with white and lighter shades of blue in multi-layered background; design is a layered mesh and small-squares grid; same on both sides; fabric slightly stiff, will soften with washing.
