Fabric History/Pedigree: 1970's fabric, deadstock (like new, never used from another era) for use in making silk kimono; 100% Japanese silk; Received as partial bolt; designs shown are continuous.
Fabric Type: Light-medium weight light cream-colored silk originally for use in making nicer woman's kimono; Full designs are print on one side but almost same on reverse; Design is of fish-net lines composed of 2 inches / 5.03cm across diamond shapes; lines are in browns and moss-greens; the background is interwoven classic clouds, and the fabric has a sheen and good drape; Suggested for making scarf or accessories.
