Fabric Description: Medium-weight silk originally intended to make a woman's kimono; This is a better quality and thicker silk fabric piece with a background of solid dark burgundy color with metallic silver and pink brocade and embroidered figures (floral); The metallic threads are interwoven pretty much throughout, this can especially be seen on the reverse; The embroidered shapes (shown in full view and several close-ups) are stylized flowers (not sure of type).
