Fabric History/Pedigree: 1980's pieces derived from deadstock roll of kimono silk; (Deadstock means old inventory which is like new but has been in storage, never been used); found in a partial roll.
Fabric Description: Japanese vintage chirimen silk kimono fabric used to make a lady's garment; solid light crepe (chirimen) for making woman's garment; Light-medium weight silk with slightly textured feel (due to chirimen) and has nice drape;
