Fabric Description: lightweight fabric originally used to make woman's under-kimono (nagajuban); Motifs of large traditional decorative Temari balls (4 inches / 10.16 cm diameters) that run lengthwise throughout; the background is very subtle but has tiny flowers and some fields which are a traditional honeycomb pattern (hexagons in grid); nice drape, good for making scarf, accessories or for textile art dyeing;
Colors: The background is a dark plum with only slight differences in tone at places where motifs are rendered via interweaving; the Last image is intentionally over-exposed so it is brighter and not representative of actual color as seen in other pictures here.
Condition: Excellent.
Note: If buying multiples of this, it will be sent in uncut length.
