Fabric Type: Originally used in woman's kimono; light-medium weight silk fabric which is only slightly textured fabric; fabric is burgundy background with 3 orbs embroidered in metallic silver, white, & gold color threads; largest orb is 5 inches (12.7cm) diameter; no sheen to this fabric and slight drape.
