Fabric History/Pedigree: By-yard pieces derived from deadstock 1960's silk roll, originally intended for making a woman's kimono obi (sash).

Fabric Description: medium-weight silk is a thicker type fabric, with sheen, used to make more a woman's kimono obi (sash); (such as furisode); designs are interwoven classic  designs of flowers & swirling streams; also geometricdesigns -- all on one side;  (see close-ups).

Colors:  Background is various shades of light mustard-yellow (hint of lime), light copper, beige & pinks.
