Fabric Description: Light-medium weight Japanese vintage chirimen (crepe)silk kimono fabric used to make women's kimono; designs -- starting at top, there is a very pale light blue-cream shade of coloring which slowly darkens down thefabric to the bottom portion which is some sort of thatch or grid, seemingly almost an abstract design; colors are pastel greens, tans and browns (see close-ups); Very unusual look for this period.
