Fabric History/Pedigree: found in full roll; 1960's pieces derived from full deadstock 12m | 13yds roll of kimono silk, slightly textured chirimen (crepe) type; (Deadstock means old inventory which is like new, but has been in storage, never been used);
Fabric Description: High quality Japanese vintage silk kimono fabric designed for use in making woman's silk kimono; rows of fuzzy rounded shapes which have small dashed line within each one (see close-up).
Type: Light-weight Japanese chirimen silk, slight drape and textured to the touch.
Colors: A light pastel lavender with soft whites.
