Item Details and Description

Fabric History/Pedigree: 1960's  pieces derived from partial deadstock roll of kimono silk, kurotomesode(black formal) type with vermillion (shuiro) colored blossoms and  thin stream-like lines; intended for use in making a black formal kimono; (Deadstock means old inventory which is like new, but has been in storage, never been used);

Type: Light-medium weight Japanese silk.

Colors: Background is  black, designs are reddish orange (called 'vermillion', shuiro in Japanese)

Note: If buying multiples of this, it will be sent in uncut length.
