Fabric Description:(*Updated July 3, 2020) Lightweight Japanese vintage mock-silk (synthetic) kimono fabric designed for use in making woman's everyday kimono; background is darker plum with hint of burgundy; motif is interesting lattice in off-white ragged lines creating overlapping diamonds shaped grid, with each diamond inner space having a small flower of several sorts; a few flecks in light olive green scattered about; quite different;
*Update: There are two 1/2 inch bands interwoven running lengthwise throughout, creating a very slight relief; These are located 5 inches (12.7cm) from the right side. These bands are only visible under brighter light from an obtuse angle. Last picture is best we could capture of it.
Condition: Excellent.
