Item Details and Description

Fabric Description: 1960's piece derived from deadstock roll of kimono mock-silk(synthetic) fabric probably used to make woman's under-kimono (nagajuban), or liner; Deadstock means old inventory which is like new but has been in storage, never been used; Fabric is synthetic mock-silk with pale white and mostly pale pastel pink in gradations; designs are interwoven classic kimono motifs: tsuzumi drums, decorated fans, tassel cords, florals, chrysanthemums, peonies, plum blossoms, maple leaves, and pines; same on both sides; fabric has a noticeable sheen and some drape.

If ordering multiple pieces, fabric is sent in uncut lengths.
