- How? We have accounts with United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal
Express (FEDEX), U.S. Postal Service Corporate Express and DHL. Our
default carrier is UPS for continental USA and US Postal Service elsewhere.

Where? We ship worldwide: Anywhere that the U.S Postal Service
serves, we ship to. To see the list of countries we have shipped
to, click here. If you
are our first customer from a country we've never shipped to in
the past, we upgrade your shipment to US POSTAL EXPRESS (EMS) for
your first purchase, and/or discount your purchase price.
- Shipping & Insurance costs: We no longer list a fee
for Shipping/Insurance but incorporate this cost into each item's
price to USA destinations.(to see details on the how's & why's
of this policy you can click here).
Shipping & Insurance for international customers is discounted:
we will only charge you the difference between standard amount we
pay to ship same item within USA, and actual cost.
- Continental USA Customers: We ship all items to USA customers
in the lower 48 states via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground (insured
with tracking). This is included in our list price. If you need your
item sooner, upgrades are possible with no surcharge; customer will
pay only any additional actual cost involved.

Hawaii & Alaska & US Territories with US Zip Codes:
We will only charge you the difference between standard amount we
pay to ship same item to West Coast USA and actual cost.

Shipping Upgrades or Customer's Special Intructions: If
you have special shipping instructions, or request a different carrier
or a shipping upgrade, please note so in the bottom field of the
order form on our secure site at the time of your order, or by emailing
us at our email provided in your order confirmation; you can also
use various contact methods via our
contact page.
If you request special services or carrier other than United Parcel
Service for Continental USA delivery we will only charge the difference
between our usual cost and the actual cost as quoted to us by each
carrier

PACKING:
Our packing is of Export Standard grade. We are veteran exporters/wholesalers
so all items are properly packed. We do not charge extra for our handling
or packaging.

Also, before you commit to buying anything
please be sure you know the laws of your country concerning import tariffs,
duties and restrictions. We cannot always be aware of each country's
peculiar requirements. We strongly suggest that -- to avoid problems
or unexpected expenses(duty etc)-- be sure that the item you are bidding
on/buying will not be subject to any special import duties etc in the
receiving country.
