Terms of Opt-In Membership

1. If you are already a customer, and recommend others to us, we like to reward you on your next order. Please be sure that your referrals let us know your name and email. If you are already a bulk kimono customer and tell a friend who then also buys our bulk kimono product -- we will give you extra product on your next order, or,if you prefer a cash discount.

2. Seasonal discounts periodically for members only, announced in opt-in bulletin, not on site.

3. If you joined by November 22, 2001 you are considered a "Charter Member". Charter members have a permanent 5% discount on ALL purchases as long as you remain an active member. If you change your email, please let us know. If we receive 2 consecutive 'bounced' emails your name is removed from the list, so please update to keep your membership active.If signing up after November 22, 2001 you are eligible for seasonal discounts as announced in our opt-in newsletters to members.

Members must remind us of your member status at time of each order (we are managing this manually, so this helps us not forget).

4. Our Web Log (BLOG) is open, and is where we put most first-notice bulletins about site updates. We also inform our opt-in members at the same time as we post to blog.

4. Repeat customers who are members may be given additional discount or extra product at our discretion. There are no fees or charges of any kind for using this membership.

Lastly, Some caveats (lawyers made me say this...): We reserve the right to change the terms of this membership without notice, should we see a need in the future. We cannot offer cash payments for any of these discount benefits.

We will not at present place a minimum order requirement to maintain membership, but leave ourselves that option in the future.
