• Do you take foreign currency?
  
  We accept only US Dollars and cash-equivalent instruments drawn in US Dollars. We have accepted in the past: International Money Order or Certified Bank Draft in US Dollars, Wire Transfer (USD), credit card (Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Discover) and via PayPal.com from some countries, as well as Letters of Credit (L/C) when total of transaction is over US$9999.99. Terms of L/C available upon request (but must be major world bank in USDollars). Trading companies with established verifiable credentials may be eligible for L/C on a case by case basis for amounts over $US5,000.00.
  
  
• What are your terms?
  
  All orders must be pre-paid before shipping. All prices are FOB (EX WORKS): Newark, Delaware USA.
  
  
• What shipping options are there for international customers?
  
  We have accounts with: DHL, UPS, FEDEX and rely heavily on US Postal Service for our overseas shipments as well. For merchants we also have accounts with freight forwarders based in New York, JFK, (Air/Sea) and Philadelphia PA/NewarkNJ (Vessel -- Port) for very large shipments. If shipping by vessel to a country we've not shipped to before, we prefer to use a freight forwarder recommended by the client, or which has frequent shipments to the consignee country. We strictly adhere to all U.S. Export Regulations and U.S. State Department controls.
