This is a 14.25inch X 1.5 yard (36.19cm X 1.37m) long piece of light weight deadstock muslin( new but unsold stock) from the 1960's to 1970's; Muslin is a white finely woven cloth which is slightly porous and rougher to the touch than regular cotton; This piece ha maple leaf shapes in horizontal rows; leaf colors are indigo and colonial blues; some of the leaves have very slightly varied hues of these colors; Fabric is strong, like new, still firm and is very light weight; Condition: EXCELLENT -- The only thing which prevents this from being mint is a aging stains along each edge; useable fabric is 13.5 inches (34.3cm) in width. Recommended for a variety of creative applications; strong enough for furniture makers and other utilitarian purposes.
