This is piece of light weight deadstock Japanese kimono fabric,cotton ( new but unsold stock) from the 1960's-70's; This appears to have been made for use at a bathhouse, as the name is written at various places in the design; we cannot make out the meaning of all of these characters so cannot provide the reading ; See close-ups for design, which is on both sides. Condition: EXCELLENT, like new. Fabric still strong, like new, still slightly firm. Recommended for a variety of creative applications.
