This is a light weight Japanese silk with interwoven motif of leaves with white flowers as embroidered accents, taken from a dress lady's kimono; This color was extremely difficult to capture (see note below) but we'd say that in incandescent room light it is a slightly dark lavender color; piece is light weight with a slight sheen to it and nice drape.

Excellent condition: clean and recommended for creative uses in making scarf, clothing accessory.
