This is a piece of light weight deadstock Japanese cotton (new but unsold stock); fabric is from the 1960's

This design resembles some ancient script but we are not sure; figures are in white against dark indigo blue background.

Condition: EXCELLENT --Excellent, still a bit stiff; suitable for all manner of artistic or design projects.
