This is a piece of light weight deadstock silk ( new but unsold stock) from the 1950's with printed patterns of diagonals, 6 pointed stars etc in symmetrical grid; Reverse side is solid black.

Fabric is tightly woven and still has a slightly stiff feel to it; Colors are dark browns, coppers & blacks.

Condition: EXCELLENT --Excellent for its age, like new.
