This is a piece of Japanese light weight deadstock cotton fabric( new but unsold stock) from the 1960's with designs on both sides. The color of the fabric is dark indigo-blue, almost black, with and white tiny checkerboard patterns of irregular shapes (see close-ups).

Condition: EXCELLENT.Fabric still strong, like new, still slightly firm. Recommended for a variety of creative applications.
