DESCRIPTION:

This is one of the last from our collection of wide factory-cut fabrics (44") from the Naomi Itaya Collection (Japan);made in the early 1990s; It is deadstock, never been used and like new. Naomi Itaya is a contemporary prominent Japanese designer and this is from her signature collection of fabric designs using traditional Japanese motifs.

Excellent quality cotton which is light-medium weight; colors are diagonal bars of alternating black, green and reddish-orange; The smaller details of the motifs reveal geometric origami-looking patterns as well as very small dotted diamonds which look like shibori.

Condition: EXCELLENT/new.
