your interest in our bulk kimono packages. If you are on this page
you more than likely have come from the bulk
kimono area of our site for an explanation of how we manage
our wait-list. This is the story:
Due to the
unusual nature of supply/demand for vintage Japanese kimono &
fabrics, we often have to put one or more of our package types
onto a wait list. As we never know how much of a particular type
package we will manage to gather over time, even the highly demanded
packages (A Packages) sell
out from time to time. Thus the need for a wait list.

about your 'C Package Cottons'?

Sorry,
this product has been discontinued and we no longer maintain a
wait list.
- And
what about the other packages?
In addition
to our primary A Package
we also offer other packages from time to time as they are available,
to include: Meisen Silks(MSN), All Synthetics(D), Hakama (Man's
Pant-skirt kimono), black silk kimono (plain and or formal). However,
as we seldom have these other packages in stock, we only offer them
rarely-to-occasionally; when we do have them we first offer to current
opt-in members (via
our newsletter) and Facebook
Fans (via message to all signed up fans on FB).
- Can
you tell me when you have them in-stock?
To be notified
of updates in availability or status of any wait list, given the
large number of people ordering, we ask people to become members
of our opt-in
mail list and to our Facebook
Fans. Basically,
to confirm your place in the queue we recommend that you place
a back-order and we advise you of approximate wait time.
Of course we do not process the charge until we ship. (If you
have concerns about giving your credit card information so far
in advance, you can put payment type as check and we will
send you a secure form to submit your card info at the time we
fill your order.)
You can also
submit your wait list request to us via email
but we need your full billing and shipping addresses, telephone
and type of payment (which is why we prefer and recommend use
of our secure order
form as way to secure your place on a wait list.) We
then keep your email on file and send you an email as soon as
we know we can fill your order.Then we will wait for your reply
and confirmed order 24 hours from the time we notified you of
availability. After 24 hours from our notice to you we will ask
the next person in the queue.
