This is a 1970's-80's medium weight deadstock silk ( new but unsold stock); originally intended for use in making a kimono coat (haori);

Fabric still strong, like new; motif is of widely-spaced pin stripes in red, silver and blue (see close-ups) on dark blue fabric. Design is on both sides; Fabric is not smooth, has a textured feel to it.

Recommended for a variety of creative applications, quilting, garment or accessory-making.

Condition: EXCELLENT, Like new.
